Your title is excellent because it is very well observed these positions of quite various legs. Excellent photo also
ReplyDeleteGreat observation skills Andy.
ReplyDeleteI do it my self too sometimes, I don't know why, I am not not aware...
ReplyDeleteExcelente trabalho.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e continuação de boa semana.

I do it too. Don't know why, but now you're going to have me thinking about it!
ReplyDeleteInteresting observation- I’m pretty sure I do that, too - just not when I’m on the subway.
ReplyDeleteWell, it has to do with the most primal instincts. Such a move, crossing the legs, is incredibly sexy and drives male photographers to their cameras to take a photo asap. Oui?
ReplyDeleteYes. Photographers and scientist. lol
DeleteRelaxing their feet - that's the reason.
ReplyDeleteLOL...it's a mystery!
ReplyDeleteGood catch, Andy! I do it too! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI never stand like that but my son does if he has to go to the bathroom lol
ReplyDeleteThat's funny, I never noticed that before. Good observation skills, Andy.
ReplyDeleteI rarely do it, I find.
ReplyDelete...striking a poise!
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful picture for so many reasons--- including the people in the background, hurrying; the little girl holding her grandad's hand while looking up intently; The girl with her legs crossed--almost a model's pose; the person on the right rubbing her eye (?) as her music player's cord hangs into her pocket; and finally the large poster of the sports figure to seems quite angry in that shot. Much to see here.
ReplyDeleteFunny lol, maybe us girls aren't meant to be understood like a good mystery novel.
ReplyDeleteFine street photo. Lots of action here. Don't image balance is a problem.
ReplyDeleteI have enough trouble balancing without making it more complicated so it's a mystery to me, too.
ReplyDeleteMuy buena escena urbana... Y la edicion en BN magnifica
ReplyDeleteBuena instantánea urbana,
ReplyDeleteUn saludo
A fine street photograph, Andy. If you ever figure women out, let me in on the secret.
ReplyDeleteYou are very observant. Can't say it is a pose I do very much at all.
ReplyDeleteUne photo pleine débordante de vie !
ReplyDeletePour m'amuser, j'ai pris la pose de la dame aux jambes croisées et ... je ne suis même pas tombée ;-)
