I grew up (1940s - 1950s) when winters were cold and the ground would be covered with lots of snow. Not anymore... the new norm is dull days with rain and more rain. |

...things sure have changed!
ReplyDeleteWe have had so many grey days! You will get the snow on Saturday, Andy!
ReplyDeleteIt is a bit scary!
ReplyDeleteI know. Sad.
ReplyDeleteFreezing rain is the worst and is dangerous to walk on. Looks very chilly out there.
ReplyDeleteThey look a little bit miserable but went for a walk in rain anyway.
ReplyDeleteHere it's all snow.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately the weather is changing all over the planet.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo.
I grew up in California with rain and more rain. Now it's drought there. And in Washington we're getting snow more.
ReplyDeleteAt least you do not have to shovel the rain. Walking in the rain does not look pleasant.
ReplyDeleteMy experience also, Andy, growing up in Michigan, USA. We rarely even get snow here in the Netherlands these years! (sigh) But I do like your image!
ReplyDeleteSounds very familiar.
ReplyDeleteIt seems to be wet everywhere except in Australia...
