One lonely "Para Surfer" on Lake Ontario in mid October. The lake water is cold all year and hardy people do this sport all year, including winter. I'm linking to ABC Wednesday
Great capture for the P Day! We see quite a few Para Surfers out on the Sound here in Washington. The water's a little too cold here, too, to tempt me that much! Hope your week is going well!

P stands for properly warm and dry! This looks like a very cold and wet activity and not something I would like to do. Brrrr....
ReplyDeleteBrrrrr... Para Surfing is not my cup of tea. But to each his own in what is enjoyable to them.
ReplyDeletei see them doing this all the time at QBeach in Toronto.. can't imagine doing this with the lake being so damn cold. great pic.
ReplyDeleteNice capture. I like the way the sail is as alone in the sky as the person is on the Lake. Great P post.
ReplyDeletewon't find ME on that thing...

I enjoy watching the parasurfers on the water near me. Always so graceful. They make it look so easy, too.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful capture. I'd rather watch one than be one. ;)
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful picture. I have been at Lake Ontario in the SUMMER and I don't think I would have done that.
