ReplyDeleteI once came upon nighttime bridge repairs on the Golden Gate Bridge. Lights, barriers. As I passed the work area I saw over the barrier that the entire deck on one stretch of a lane was completely removed, leaving a huge, black void. It was a real shock.

ReplyDeletewe did work similar to this back in the day. underground utility work, going through the road, had to be done at night!! there is a lot of prep work to doing this work at night!!
