A photo from 2004. The Toronto Transit Commission's Streetcar was attached to the restaurant and could seat up to 94 people. After 25 years, in 2015 the streetcar, which always been well received by customers, became rundown and had to be sent to the scrap yard.

What a pitty for an original Canadian dinner.
ReplyDelete...what a shame.
ReplyDeleteThat's too bad. It's a very appealing classic.
ReplyDeleteSad. I have so many memories of rides on those streetcars.
ReplyDeleteBetter to wear out than not.
ReplyDeleteUna pena porque era un bonito tranvía y me imagino que un buen restaurante.
ReplyDeleteSaludos,
How sad this streetcar had to be sent to the scrap yard. That is where most of them went. The streetcar diners are disappearing.
ReplyDeleteThat is sad, diners are a treasure today.
ReplyDeleteFunny , a second life for a streetcar!
ReplyDeleteToo bad that it isn't around anymore.
ReplyDeleteAlas, it was a good idea.
ReplyDeleteI join the mourners... It was beautiful.
