...it may have fallen on hard time, but it still has a beautiful presence.
ReplyDeleteWhat stories it could tell.
ReplyDeleteSad to see but it makes a good shot for you, Andy!
ReplyDeleteSomething tells me that this one won't last much longer.
ReplyDeleteIt has seen better days. A great capture, Andy.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful light on a sad end to a fine old barn. They are disappearing rapidly as they have fallen into neglect and are no longer functional.
ReplyDeleteThat's really sad. Looks like it was a proud structure in its day. Is there still hay in that barn?
ReplyDeleteIt's probably had a hard life.
ReplyDeleteNo doubt it was a beauty in its day with a thriving farm.
ReplyDeleteHe faw down and go boom! When you think of it, allowing for inflation etc, those barns must have been a VERY BIG expense when they were built. Nobody ever seems to want to maintain them, though, other than a metal roof.
ReplyDeleteYes put it there. What a mess.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, but it's not gone yet!
ReplyDeleteThat doesn't look good...
ReplyDeleteThat's a shame. I do like a good stone foundation, though! Nice looking barn.
ReplyDeleteNice documentation.
