The amphibious vehicle was once in the American military during the Vietnam War. Although now refitted with a deck that seats up to 40 passengers, the vessel’s original design was much more basic.

ReplyDeleteThe guy you saw on my blog, from the classic car meet, owns one of these, together with a few friends. They usually drive it to a meet, park it, and then party like mad!

ReplyDeleteI have been in a thing like that once traveling on a river but my memory let me down where it was. All I remember is that it was a remnant from World War II.
