Along The Way

This was one of those times when I came across the unexpected and bizarre. The Grand Rassemblement is a creation of sculptures mainly made of concrete (the odd one of wood) by the artist Marcel Gagnon, The movement of tides reveals and hides them. Exhibited on the shoreline of the St. Lawrence River in Sainte-Flavie, in the Lower St. Lawrence, Quebec.

  1. Its not Eastern island but also not far away in thought although the figures look to the land and not to the sea. Nice shot Andy.

  7. This look like pilings from an old wharf that have become sculptures. What a neat idea from this creative artist.
