It was supposed to be an evening of fun with Buskers and carnival rides. Those dark clouds above were the beginning of a storm rolling in. The thunder and light started first... lots of it. Then heavy rainfall and strong wind gusts. Luckily the wife and I were able to find shelter. |
We were burned away by the sun Andy.
ReplyDelete...but it made for a dramatic image.

ReplyDeleteA carnival is not the best place to be in a thunderstorm. Dramatic sky.
ReplyDeleteScary stuff, Andy! Thanks for the heads up about the link!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure I'd want to be near those big butane takes during a thunderstorm. Super picture, Andy-- Really a great one.
ReplyDeleteThat's the weather for you. A dramatic sky it is.
ReplyDeleteThose storms mostly come unexpected and can be very heavy, you cought the coming clouds very well. We are suffering another heatwave again here...the third one I think!
ReplyDeleteWhen a photo speaks a thousand words! So glad you were able to find shelter, Andy.
ReplyDeleteAl menos te dió tiempo de tomar esta bonita fotografía.
