St. Joseph Church
The Church is one of the focal points of present day Whitevale, Ontario. It was built to replace the Canadian Methodist Chapel built in 1854. Eventually the church was repurchased and converted to a Greek Orthodox Church.

Winter Storm
Yesterday Environment Canada issued a blizzard warning calling for up to 60 cm (23 inches) of snow. The driving conditions brought most of the highways to a standstill. Heavy snowfall and parked cars have impacted the snow clearing operations. There is still a possibility of more flurries today.

Fred's Not Here
I took this photo in 2017 and decided now is the time to post it. Located in "The City Of Toronto" Fred's Not Here and the Red Tomato Restaurants closed their doors in August of 2019 to make way for a condominium development.

Winter Swan
Yesterday I was surprised to see so many Mute Swans on the bay. It was a cold day, -9°C (15.8 F). Normally there are only few die hard swans that stay here over winter.
