As a general rule, depending on the severity of the storm, clean up operations take place up to 48 hours following the end of a snow storm.

ReplyDeleteWe used to live in a city that when they plowed the streets, the piles of snow were placed in the middle of the road. The first time I saw that, I was shocked. As the snow melted there was ice everywhere when the night got colder.. Stupid or what.
