This is from an older posting on my blog. It was done before Lesley start her meme. I just had the urge to repost it again. I'm linking to Lesley's Signs, Signs.
I agree with Gemma. Fishing (naked?) in an area of strong undertow is just asking for trouble, and if that thing on the end of his line is the size of his catch, it isn't worth the risk. Unless he's always wanted have CPR (naked?) and be taken to hospital in an emergency vehicle. Great photo for signs-signs, Andy. K
Sometimes you wonder what are signs for. It could be rubbish, it could be the truth. Who knows. Still nice captured and always use your own judgement.
ReplyDeleteHmmm. I guess this fisher is not a believer in signs. Or maybe he can't read.
ReplyDeleteSeems like the fisherman is a thrill seeker! Amazing that he goes fishing right next to such a sign!
ReplyDeletehmmm, maybe he thinks that warning is only for exactly where the sign is?
ReplyDeleteGlad you reposted :)
Glad you posted it again Andy!
ReplyDeleteI suppose the fishing is good in that part of th water.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if he's approached it form the other side and going towards it to read it... Would be a bit of a shock!
ReplyDeleteGreta shot!
Great = Great BTW! :-) Slips slips, slips!
ReplyDeletegreat shot
ReplyDeletemaybe he came in from the other side and didn't see the sign?
I always try to give benefit of doubt although most people are just jerks

ReplyDeleteWell, that is an idiot fisherman....and a determined one. Guess he decided the signage did not apply to him. Hope it was worth the risk. genie
