Located on the waterfront of Halifax Harbour in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia this monument is known as the
World Peace Pavilion. Inside you will find a collection of rocks and artifacts contributed by 80 countries.

One of the remnants is a 280 pound piece of the Berlin Wall. The exhibits, ordered geographically starting with Canada, are placed in a unifying ribbon of Nova Scotia sand facing towards the harbour. Within the facility is a small amphitheater facing the exhibits suitable for solitary reflection, ceremonial, or educational purposes.

  2. This would be a very moving place to visit. I think it would pull at the heartstrings. It sounds like the way it is laid out is beautiful. The stones from the Berlin Wall made my stomach turn. I can remember so well when it came down. genie
