A real nice colorful picture. Not one for monday mural Andy?
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of passing off graffiti as a mural.
DeleteThere is a wall in Gainesville, Florida at the Univ. of Florida that extends for several blocks upon which students and other strange species may place their deepest thoughts graffiti-wise. It's really ugly, like this wall. Your son, on the other hand, is very handsome.
ReplyDeleteMy son got his good looks from his mother... of course.
DeleteYour son looks relaxed which I assume is difficult to do in an area with so much sensory overload! Wow! What a vision!
ReplyDeletethis is a great shot
ReplyDeleteI have to admit, I kind of like graffiti. It's a fascinating form of expression. There is so much to see in that photo!
ReplyDeleteI'm not in favour of graffiti unless the owner of the wall gave permission.
DeleteSome of the graffiti is very attractive. Why some body thinks they should always come along and add to it puzzles me.
ReplyDeleteThere is a "Graffiti Ally" in Rapid City, SD also. It's filled with art work by talented artists beside the more normal graffiti. Someone did an amazing mural on the wall in your photo.
ReplyDeleteI like the way you framed this with your son appearing almost like a "cut-out" on the wall. Bravo!
ReplyDeleteBises,
Genie
There's a lot to look at. I give it that much.
ReplyDeleteWhoa, some psychedelic patterns in there! While I'm not always a fan of graffiti, I admit you can sometimes see quite a bit of talent on display. (Side note, your son also adds a handsome touch to this one:)
ReplyDeleteI'm torn. I abhor vandalism, and I don't publish graffiti on my blog, but on the other hand, this is really well done.
ReplyDeleteI too dislike graffiti, but I can see why this attracted your attention. The colors and bold lettering are quite eye catching. At least this is tucked away in an alley. That's so cool that you and your son go on shoots together.
ReplyDeleteYour son looks like a cool cat. :)
ReplyDeleteso cute!
