It looks lovely indeed. Perhaps the owner is bought out because there must be coming something else on this place.
ReplyDeleteIt looks very good, only some painting mayby?
ReplyDeleteCute little place, Andy.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I added another photo of a kingfisher to today's post. Thanks for reminding me that I had a photo of a kingfisher diving! :)
Have to start by just getting there. :-
ReplyDeleteLooks manageable but the interior needs to be examined first, I'd guess, before a major renovation could take place. Looks like its in a fine neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteI agree. Some TLC would help bring it back at least from the outside.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it got swallowed up by the new homes. There's a lot of charm in that home, nothing a little paint couldn't fix.
ReplyDeleteMike Duffy's old home? ;-))
ReplyDeleteSome time and energy... and a good lawnmower!
ReplyDeleteThat was my first thought...it doesn't look to be in terrible shape. Kind of a cute house.
ReplyDeleteWilliam has nearly said it all...it always takes cash, too. This one looks as if it's probably worth it.
ReplyDeleteHow sad, it's a lovely house, I'm sure someone will rescue it...
