...I haven't been to a movie in years!
ReplyDeleteI must be huge. We once had a movietheater here with ordering beverages and food at seats. It was a disaster, people were annoyed by all the rumors going on during the movie. We had to pass the drinks and food through for others in the seats instead of watching the movie.
ReplyDeleteExcelente trabalho fotográfico.
ReplyDeleteUm bom mês de Novembro.

A place that will generate revenue for investors.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful backlight and colors
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy watching a building going up
ReplyDeleteThis is so interesting. We still have some of these but I've not heard of any new ones being built. Netflix & big screen TV has taken a big bite of the movie house revenue.
ReplyDeleteAnother great pic, Andy!
ReplyDeleteThat'd be 11 more screens than we have here in Powell River!
ReplyDeleteWe have a few of these movie theatres here. In fact, I just went to see a movie in one of them. I like that comfy seats but the to me, the servers are interrupting the movie to take orders, serve food and collect money.
ReplyDeleteGreat sky!
ReplyDeleteWe've got some of those VIP screens in our newer theatres. I've never been to one of the showings.
hmm, I am not convinced with eating and drinking at cinema. even now that they allow crunchy snacks can be annoying. but then, I barely go to cinema, so... :-)
ReplyDeleteThe huge company that owns the theaters in our area built a huge multi auditorium theater---- and closed two smaller multi-auditorium theaters. The closed ones are eyesores and are unlikely to be useful to anyone.
ReplyDeleteA concept unheard of in the netherlands.
ReplyDeleteMust be the new thing, we have one going up near me too. I rarely have the patience to sit through a movie, so I do not regularly attend.
ReplyDeleteA great photo with some beautiful light, nice shot! The building looks huge. I haven't been to a movie in about a decade, I think the quality is poor these days plus eating, drinking and probably texting is too aggravating I would rather read a good book.
ReplyDeleteoh nice to see, I haven't been to the movies in years either. Just about everything gets downloaded these days
ReplyDeleteInteresting indeed. Must be a need for the theater or they wouldn't build one.
