The house has been in this condition for over three years.
___

It is trashy and beyond recovery.
___

The wallpaper looks gaudy.
___

This is the main entrance where someone has left a pair of crutches.

  1. It looks like the scene of a thriller movie with as climax the pair of crutches in the corner. What has happened here........?

  8. What a shame. As Tom suggests, there's a story here. I'll bet the folks at HGTV could put this place back together and get a hefty price for it, too! I'd watch that show! :) It really is a beautiful house (in theory)...

  9. What a shame to see such a lovely brick home in such a state. It looks so solid on the outside. It makes me wonder if it could be saved and restored.

  11. So sad to see an old house with such fine lines fall into a terrible state. It would take a huge amount of work to make it live again, and I doubt that will happen. But it does make a good subject for your camera.

  15. OMG! That would need an awful lot of TLC but I do think it could be done...by someone who had the vision and the gumption. In the meantime, how sad to see it in this condition. (sigh) Don't you wonder what the story is!
