Beacon Of Light

The Pointe-au-Père Lighthouse National Historic Site played a primary role in the history of navigation on the St. Lawrence River. The existing lighthouse, built in 1909, is the third to be built on the site. The tower stands 108 feet, with 128 steps to the top.

  1. I did not also go far when I visited Quebec 2007le farther having been Tadoussac also I did not see these typical lighthouses and it's a pity because I like them very much. Very beautiful photo
