Great barn indeed with its stone foundation, wooden structure and corrugated rusting steel roof. The sky is just the dramatic background but in balance with all the other colors . Stil in use I presume.
ReplyDeleteIt is beautiful indeed this barn but the barns are all beautiful on the American and Canadian continent
ReplyDeleteA very robust barn.

ReplyDeletean interesting barn indeed what with it's rock foundation, cement forms and it looks like a newer side door.

Well this beholder thinks it's beautiful.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly is Andy, this old barn and it's crop look well tended ✨
ReplyDeleteSome barns lend themselves to such great photos. Nice.
ReplyDeleteI used to "collect" barns and always was looking for old barns.
ReplyDeleteThis barn was worthwhile to photograph. It's has a character. And a special charm.
Like the ancient stone foundation on this barn. I see the corn still needs to dry down more before harvest. Wonder why this barn has a high tech radio antenna? It seems out of place next to this old barn.
ReplyDeleteYes, indeed! It is a beautiful barn!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed day!
A nice old barn looking to be on its last legs but sometimes these things hang around for many years in battered condition. This is a super photo - very well composed!
ReplyDelete...oh I like this one. Looks like they did a lot foundation work and added the buttresses. Thank Andy for stopping by, I hope that you pass another barn or two!
ReplyDeleteThis one looks enduring. Excellent shot!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pic, Andy! You good eye at work again!
ReplyDeleteThe harvest next to it on the right also gives it that old worldly feeling.
ReplyDeleteRock foundations are wonderful to see.
ReplyDeleteLike that, nice old barn with a crop of corn nearby.
ReplyDeleteJust gorgeous! Wonderful shot.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo, I like your composition.
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love old barns. Can't get enough of 'em. This is a great photo of an endearing venerable subject. Well done!
ReplyDeleteI like the rusty roof and the stone foundation! Beautiful scene!
ReplyDeleteLove the stone foundation...don't see too many of those!
