Kensington Market

If you ever visit Toronto I highly recommend a tour the of area. The market traces its roots to the 1920s, when families of the Jewish neighbourhood would set up stands in front of their homes to sell goods to one another.

  2. It certainly is a colorful place. It reminds me of an area in Chicago that I think has been "gentrified" since I was there back in the 90's.

  3. It is the case and the electric wires that impress me on this picture even if the market is nice

  4. It's a shame there's graffiti there, it looks like it needs a good tidy up, I'd like to see how it was back in the 1920s.

  5. It looks really cool, a ton of interesting little shops and some tags to boot! If you ever come to Philly, visit the Italian Market
