...I believe that this was the year that the ice was spectacular on your side of the pond.
ReplyDeleteBut what a great shot. No malfunction of your camera then.
ReplyDeleteI hope we don't see a winter like that again, Andy! They are calling for snow for the weekend.
ReplyDeleteWow, that is a very severe winter scene!
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of what it looks like out my window when the temps drop for a long period of time. The river forms chunks of ice. You have captured the shapes and feeling of cold beautifully. Friendship
ReplyDeleteIcy! I recall that was quite a winter.
ReplyDeletelonely and scary and beautiful
ReplyDeleteAn absolutely beautiful picture. We never have a cold weather here except for some years in Switzerland where I saw the lake of Geneva completely frozen in some places but not on the side of my home. It's really superb
ReplyDeleteYou pick a great winter to show us. It really looks very very cold.
ReplyDeleteThat is an amazing photograph …
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
It does look a bit like Winter.
ReplyDeleteWow, that looks super cold, but it makes for a great shot so long as I can see it from the comfort of my computer.
ReplyDeleteThat's high drama...and a fabulous shot. But I'm guessing you don't miss that extreme, do you?
ReplyDeleteThat's real alright!!! WOW!
ReplyDeleteThey become rare these years...
ReplyDeleteA real winter, indeed! Wow!
ReplyDeleteWOW!!
ReplyDeleteCiertamente impresiona esa cantidad de hielo.
ReplyDeleteUn saludo,
