The old house is run down and abandoned but someone is keeping the grounds well groomed. |

oh excellent, i love seeing photos of nature taking over houses and structures...
ReplyDelete...it was built with style!
ReplyDeleteI like the structure of the house - it must have been a beauty in its days.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great shot, Andy!
ReplyDeleteI really like this pretty wooden house overgrown with greenery. Very nice picture. I don't see you anymore, Andy....

oh that house is getting one big ole' hug from nature!! i wonder if the town is cutting the grass?!?!
ReplyDeleteThat is a stunning photo! What a perfect setting. The house must have been beautiful in it's day and it is still beautiful in it's decline. I could see your photo on the cover of a book...a mystery of some sort.
ReplyDeleteThat was a fine looking house at one time. Too bad it has been abandoned and left to deteriorate. We can just imagine the life lived here, and the sadness of leaving.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot of this old beauty. Nature wants to reclaim it and is doing a fine job in succeeding.
ReplyDeleteY lo que habrá visto pasar por delante de su puerta. Bonita fotografía.
ReplyDeleteUn abrazo.
A wonderful shot!
ReplyDeleteMust have been a beauty, back in its day.
ReplyDeleteOne can feel sad that the house is decomposing, but as Sharon writes (above), it is still beautiful in its decline. Perhaps more so to us pho-toggers.
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful now, just in a different way. I hate to see it go, it has a lot of character
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot. Fascinating that the lawn looks so well groomed.
ReplyDeleteWhat a romantic scene you have captured there. Its so nice to have so much ground that you can permit to let it go without demolishing it.
ReplyDeleteIt looks a bit spooky....
ReplyDeleteNow this is a photo after my own heart....love it!
