From my archives. In the years 2011 and 2012 I challenged myself to take a photo of myself every day for a year. The rules were simple. The photo had to be taken on the actual day and I only had to include just part of my body. It was a real challenge but I did stay true to those rules. Just like 2020 is a leap year so was 2012. I ended up with 366 photographs.

This Old Tree

Located on the shores of Lake Ontario, over the years it has taken a beating. There was a time when this poor guy stood upright and an it's roots were covered with rocks and soil. Last year strong winds and thrashing waves toppled the tree...
but it still is not giving up.

Abandoned Home

Firefighters responded to a fire call just after 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 21 2019. The back portion of the home was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived and then spread to the main section. The home was last occupied in May 2018 and had no connection to hydro, leaving fire officials suspicious about the cause of the blaze.
