Mild weather in October slowed down nature's change to the best colours of the season.
This will be my one and only photograph of fall foliage for 2017.

  1. We had the same October weather as yours, far to warm and leaving the woods confused. But at least you found some red trees!

  3. Just this one? Bummer for us!

we're finally just past peak, I don't remember a fall where the leaves stuck around so long (I'm not complaining).

  4. Well, for the one and only, you got a goodie! This is another for your gallery when you get that set up. And I really hope you do because your photography would draw great critical reviews.

  8. Beautiful colours! Though we still have leaves on some of our trees- including a green one outside my office window- I'm pretty much done with my autumn photos.
