She is looking for a handout. I have photographed her before at a different location. Click here. |

Really sad. The poverty is all around the world
ReplyDeleteSad she is still on the street.
ReplyDeleteNo lack of drop outs in your city Andy. But so young or perhaps I am getting to old.
ReplyDelete...sad.
ReplyDeleteSad and painful. A truth created by civilization through ignorance.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a fairly decent bike. Maybe someone bought it for her. I don't know what her situation is, but there is not way I would want to sit around on cold pavement in freezing weather hoping that some kind folks would drop some money for me in a cup. So many of these homeless beggars have mental problems, too. I don't know the answer other than to make sure they have a warm place to sleep at night and some decent food. Now, in this country, we don't much like these people and the orange-headed monster in the White House is too busy twitting to do anything about it. Plus, he flies down to Mar-a-lago in Palm Beach frequently, each trip costing over a million dollars.
ReplyDeleteShe looks so your Andy!
ReplyDeleteSeeing this always makes me wonder of the circumstances leading to such a rough life.
ReplyDeleteIt is sad to see.
ReplyDeletesi jeune et déjà désœuvrée, la photo en lien est pire.
ReplyDeleteJ'aimerais pouvoir lui tendre la main et l'aider à se relever...
ReplyDeleteMore interesting color changes. Good work.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm sorry to see that this young woman is still around begging. It's a rough life and I'd like to think that she could do better.
Wonder why she appears to be homeless!
ReplyDeleteShe (or all people like her) always looks so miserable and they do not eye contact.
ReplyDeleteWhen the summer has arrived, we have a lot of these people,
but also in winter, in the high frost they sat on the street. Very sad.
Buena captura, que produce desasosiego por la situación de esa persona, que pide ayuda...
ReplyDeleteUn abrazo
