A bicycle, painted white and locked up at a site is a remembrance of a person who was fatally injured or died at the location.

  5. I would have thought that it was a bicycle from the white bicycleplan from the seventies in Amsterdam when everybody could free use a white bicycle in the city thought out by the Provo movement from those days.
