My first thought was where on earth is this and then I read your comment. So true, this is something we don't see very often. I haven't read and "actual" paper newspaper in a very, very long time.
The whole newspaper industry has fallen on such hard times, and it does not bode well for us. News has become more partisan and less balanced. Not only Fox News, but hundreds of supposedly news media providers are little more than politically slanted outlets. This is a broad attack on truth and reality.
The papers are much smaller, and are priced way too high. I miss the SF Chronicle, and the NY times the way they used to be. But then I miss a lot of thing the way they used to be!
I buy them in stores. But there aren't any paid newspaper boxes here anymore.
ReplyDeleteTimes have changed! I still buy a paper.
ReplyDeleteA system unknown here.
ReplyDeleteThe old good times.

ReplyDeleteI haven't seen those machines in years. I can't remember the last time I read a physical paper, probably 5-6 years ago.
ReplyDelete...and most are free!
ReplyDeleteGosh so many different papers there but I can see a recycling icon there so good to know they are put into that.
ReplyDeleteWas just thinking how many would they sell these days.
