'Live long and prosper' is an abbreviated version of a traditional Jewish religious blessing. It came to a wider audience in the Star Trek TV series, where it was used there by the character Mr. Spock (actor Leonard Nimoy) as the greeting of the Vulcan people.🖖

ReplyDeleteAlways liked hearing Mr. Spock saying this. It is after all a logical greeting. Wonder who is growing a dandelion in a pot? And I also love ice cream. The shop in my post makes especially excellent, rich ice cream.
