Officially they are known as articulated buses, but the bus drivers like to call them Slinkys.

I prefer the term slinky :)
ReplyDelete...I like slinky too.
ReplyDeleteThat is a fun name for them, Andy!
ReplyDeleteWe have them here too.
ReplyDeleteOh I love that! They do look a bit like slinkys. I saw some on the streets of New York which surprised me. Those streets are so narrow and so congested, I would think these kinds of busses would be difficult to handle.
ReplyDeleteI love the name but have never seen one in person.
ReplyDeleteWe always called them bendy busses, and it is an odd feeling to ride in the flexible place.
ReplyDeleteAmazing buses..nice capture.
ReplyDeleteI was going to say now that's a long bus then I realized I've seen then here but yours is so much more modern.
ReplyDeleteNice ones. We have that kind of busses too and I like the name slinky.
