No one lives here anymore. Along with other houses on the street, it is being proposed that homes be demolished and replaced with five new semidetached dwellings.

ReplyDeleteIt is sad to see old houses abandoned, but sometimes new construction is an improvement. Perhaps the new housing will be affordable?

ReplyDeleteOur house is approaching 100 years--- 1925. It's taken good care of us for over 30 of those years. It's been a good friend.
