That tandem needs someone to buy it and love it. Could use new wheels, tires, brakes, seats, handlebars, and perhaps more. It's perfect for a photo however.
That bike sure needs a lot of work - but so do I if I bought it! I'd make sure I was the rider in the back....then my husband could do all the work and I could slack off!
We call this a tandem in Holland. You see a lot of them.

That bicycle for 2 was good for yopu to remain stationary. I saw a Penny farthling, and before I can find my camera, he had gone.
