It lays very nice on the river, looks great and it must be delivering very nice apartments. Now I hope it stil is reachable for the not so well situated in our society.
ReplyDeleteThere is a lot to be done before it is a luxury appartment.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it has good bones, and like it is in a gorgeous spot.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if it ever floods. Looks pretty close to the water. Hope we get to see it when the renovation is complete.
ReplyDeleteYou did in real life what Fotolosopher in Ocala did in photoshop.
It looks like a wonderful old building, Andy!
ReplyDeleteYou'll have to get a picture of the place when it's done.
ReplyDeleteI wonder, looking at it, if it's too late. That'll need a lot of work.
ReplyDeleteThat must be a real challenge!
ReplyDeleteWhat a terrific find. In fact it is a diamond in the rough. I'm positive the engineers did a thorough assessment to determine if it is a viable project.
ReplyDeleteYou alway come up some cool subjects to shoot. Perhaps one day I can tag along. :)
Thank you.
DeleteIt appears the condos will have a nice view. Beautiful reflection!
ReplyDeleteI don't doubt it will make for some nice condos.
ReplyDeleteSounds a good way to use the building though no doubt exclusive and expencive
ReplyDeleteI hate to see these buildings torn down, good to see them being repurposed. A trip through the building new would be very interesting
