  5. You get black flies where you live Andy really. I would of not imagined. I wear a clip on head to toe protection. It is called Off .12 hour protection. . You can buy in Canadian tire.
Non Toxin. I wear a belt and just slip it on. I suffered with going to emerg for 5 years being in the country I live with swollen eyes and bites all over.. My daughter in-law bought me one to try. The refill is in it when you buy it.

Was a Gods sin for hubby and I. Now the bugs swarm around me for a second and go ahead of me and fly away. You have to see them to believe it.. My hubby bought one too. So one does not have to suffer. Good for Mosquitoes. Which are two bugs I am allergic to .

Perhaps when someone reads your blog. They can see what I put and can help people. Not nice you have to suffer. You don't.

On and off button. They are as big as ones computer mouse. Grey top . You just slide in refill inside. Has instructions. Take a look at Canadian tire Andy see what they look like. Just for curiosity as you don't have them to bother you?

    1. Not black flies but midges, or gnats. They are tiny flies that accompany the arrival of warm temperatures every spring. They are less than 1 millimetre long and nearly invisible when alone or from afar. But when they get together by the millions to create a mating swarm -- watch out! The insects feed on plants and hatch in water, before the sunlight draws them out. This is why you'll typically encounter larger clouds of the tiny pests closer to lakes and other bodies of water.

  14. It is to cold to sit outside indeed. During the day we have rarher warm weather in the sun, but at six o'clock it becomes chilly in the evening.

  16. They're annoying pesky things. Some folks call them May Flies; they are plentiful here in the County too... including mosquitoes.
The locale does look inviting... nice capture, Andy.
