Signs - Coke Cola

Andy | Wednesday, July 22, 2015 | Best Blogger Tips

I think the Coke sign was painted over a old, old ghost sign. Some of the text can be seen at the top and goes like this...
Philip & Greenaway Wholesalers Of
Foreign & Domestic Fruits, Paper and Paper Boxes,
Coal Oil, Gasoline, Motor And Tractor Oils
H Philip and W Greenaway, were the proprietors of the business in and about the year 1916. I'm linking to Lesley's Signs, Signs.

  4. That is a great ghost sign. Suspect the Coke sign is also quite old. Coke painted these all over the country in the early 20th Century and before.
