Cormorant Rock

Andy | Sunday, August 02, 2015 | Best Blogger Tips

In this photo there is only one cormorant along with two seagulls. There are certain times of the day the rock will be cover with a few hundred cormorants. I had to wait for low tide to get this close. So I could not chose the time of day to get there. Just in case you are wondering, that white stuff on top is bird poop.

  5. That is a neat rock! You'd think rain would wash some of that poop away, but it is hardy stuff, if the poop on my car windshield is any measure...man that stuff is hard to wash off.
