It is run down, but because of it's location it more than likely sold for big bucks. |

Needs some work but perhaps it will rise again as a phoenix from its ashes. And then another shot from the same spot perhaps. Interesting to see the difference.
ReplyDeleteThat doesn't look good all those empty shops...
ReplyDeleteIt looks cold weather there.
ReplyDeleteEmpty shops don't looks ever nice.
...I see their sign here too!
ReplyDeleteTrue, lots of money goes around there.
ReplyDeleteLocation, location, location! The three most important things about real estate. Nice that that young lady entered your frame just in time!
ReplyDeleteOne thing I am exceptionally glad of - I don't live in the city! I don't think there's a single storefront in my town with a barred entrance-way.
ReplyDeleteLocation, location, location....
ReplyDeleteJeepers! Talk about a fixer-upper.
ReplyDeleteEverything is big bucks these days...
ReplyDeleteAnd of course hit by the taggers.
ReplyDeleteLots of possibilities for this building once it is fixed up.
ReplyDeleteMega $$$, I'm sure. It is crazy here these days!
ReplyDeleteHopefully someone will see its potential.
ReplyDelete"Rundown" is a kind assessment. Will be interesting to see what happens to the property.
ReplyDeletehopefully, not a tear-down, the old brickwork looks pretty good
ReplyDeleteThe location may prove a decent investment, but further investment is obviously needed.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it needs some TLC. With the price of urban real estate these days it'll probably get that and more as "redevelopment."
ReplyDeleteAlways good to see a sold sign on places that look to be not so good, let's hope it all goes well for the new owners.
ReplyDeletelocation is everything in real estate, good that it sold. i don't know why people have to do this, kids with too much time on their hands!!!
