Stay Home

Normally this is a busy street for traffic. As COVID-19 spreads through Canada and infects hundreds of people, the widow of a 51-year-old Ontario man who died of the disease is urging Canadians to listen to health officials to prevent the spread of the virus and whenever possible stay at home.

  1. It is such a weird world out there now.

  2. Good advice! I love looking at web cams from around the world and I regularly look at one in London and the Times Square web cam in NY. I see a huge difference in both cities. Times Square is particularly eerie. In a spot that is usually covered with people I am only seeing maybe one or two people out and about.

  5. Es lo mejor que podemos hacer los ciudadanos, quedarnos en casa y ver las calles vacías desde nuestras ventanas.
    Un abrazo y cuidate.

  6. It's eerie with so few people about, and few cars. We are still allowed to take exercise once a day, by ourselves or with a household member

  7. By all means--- I'm glad that Laura and I have a backlog of pictures to keep us occupied. Be well, Andy.

  8. Nice capture of a near deserted street.
The widower is correct about staying home.
Take care, be well, stay safe.

  9. The entire world is hopefully paying attention by now, Andy. Sometimes too many people have to die, however, before that happens. (sigh)
