I thought the silhouette of the kid on the toboggan looked cute. This area is part of a busy winter snowmobile trail. I'm linking to Lesley's Signs, Signs.

A sign you don't see often. Like it.
ReplyDeleteI like this better than the typical "kids playing" sign. Very cute! And I bet it gets people to notice. :)
ReplyDeleteIt IS cute.
ReplyDeleteI love road signs and this is a great one that I've never seen. Nice house behind it too. Great one Andy.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen this particular playing sign! It is a nice change from the ball playing.
ReplyDeleteGreat sign.
ReplyDeleteit is a cute sign. the SLOW Residential Area also made smile.:p
ReplyDeleteSigns
When I was a child there was a sign at one neighborhood we drove through often that said "Slow Children". (On two lines, but my Dad would ALWAYS make a remark "too bad about those poor kids" or "I'm glad my children are quick learners"....) (Eye rolls from the back seat ensued.)
ReplyDeleteOh, dear....this is going to cut down on your skateboarding, snowmobiling, and other fun things....:-) The unusual one we have out here in the country is a yellow such saying....Slow Down...Deaf Child Area. Out here in the country everyone drive too fast except the old goats like me and the other elderly fold on the creek. We are a danger, too, but in the opposite way. We all go 25or 30mph. genie
ReplyDeletegood heavens, and to think some streets won't even allow ball playing!
