Funny building Andy. That one could stand everywhere without falling out of order in say france or belgium.
ReplyDeleteFlesherton is a nice town. We used to visit with family who had a cottage on Lake Eugenia when our kids were little. Fond memories.. thanks for triggering them. :)
ReplyDeleteLake Eugenia is a secret fishing hole that is not well known. I've pulled some nice bass from the lake.
DeleteSo glad that the historic buildings of this little town have been saved from "progress." I wonder about the width of the streets. When the town was built they must have been quite wide. Was this a lumbering area?
ReplyDeleteBises,
Genie
Good guess Genie. It was lumber and farming.
DeleteIt looks quite abit more charming than Ajax, for example. ;)
ReplyDeleteAgreed, I always feel better when I buy something at a smaller store.
ReplyDeleteI like the old-timey feel of this corner.
