Any idea who pays for the turbine and who profit from it Andy?
ReplyDeleteThe provincial government is heavily using tax payers money to subsidize private companies. The private sector would never do it without government assistance.

I know they're controversial but I'm always glad to see them. I think it looks better than, say. a long line of transmission towers.
