On Saturday Nov. 17 temperatures climbed high enough to make it feel like a spring day. At this time of year normally it is much cooler. I took advantage of it and went on a driving tour. I came across this scene at Port Perry. With the warm air and colder water meeting up, a fog formed over Lake Scugog.

November
(30)
Yes the weather is strange, we have the same here, sudden high temperatures with lots of sunshine and then fog with low temperatures.
ReplyDeleteNice shot Andy.Hope the temperature stays for a while.
ReplyDeleteMe encantan las imagenes, detras de las sillas....un abrazo desde Murcia...
ReplyDeleteWe have been having a lot of fog lately....for the flip side of what you are experiencing....it has been cold here in sunny Florida!!
ReplyDeleteFoggy up our way but not mild like you have more so.
ReplyDeleteVery nice picture Andy.
Nicely composed, Andy, with those benches in the forefront. Fog photos are one of my favorite things and this is especially nice!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful scene! Despite recent snow, super storms & fog, we get amazingly mild days. (Hard to know what to wear:)
ReplyDeleteLovely scene Andy, well caught.
ReplyDeleteLovely shot, Andy. Port Perry is a great town and Frank has done a lot of fishing on Scugog. I always enjoy your photos for the art and for the familiarity of the subjects. Thanks for that.
ReplyDeleteWarm sunny days in November are to be treasured as we won't have many until next spring. It's also warm here today, so I think it's time for a ride in our roadster, and I'll take my camera along just in case something turns up. Fine shot of mist rising while the sun shines.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot, Andy!
