Yes. Sometimes it is easier said then done but when you do it must be a triumph. Good for you.
ReplyDeleteIt's always a good time to quit smoking. Besides, cigarettes are so darned expensive.
ReplyDeleteEx smokers are a large company. I'm and ex as well. I always say it was one of the harder things I ever did in my life...quit smoking. Teachers were some of the worst smokers!
ReplyDeleteThe only reason tobacco is legal is politics driven by economics. It is clearly a poison and kills slowly and painfully.
ReplyDeleteGood for you for quitting. I had two cigarettes in the sixth grade and they were so horrible that I never had another. I was lucky.
ReplyDeleteAfter I finally managed to quit (it took 20 years of trying, because I have no willpower) I used to hang around my friends who were still smoking, so I could breathe the air.
ReplyDeleteNow I don't much care, one way or the other, except for people smoking near their young children. That's criminal!

Good for you for quitting! I also was never tempted after my first try, but there are ex-smokers in my family. It takes a lot to quit.
ReplyDeleteI tip my virtual hat to you Sir. I too know the difficulties/challenges of kicking the habit.
