What a lot of young ones. Why has one poor parent
ReplyDeletethat awfull green tie around his neck. Can't they put it around his leg?
That ringneck also bothers me. I'm guessing that it gives the trackers a means of checking up on the goose without disturbing her. With a leg band she would have to capture her to see the identification tag.
Deleteoh what a large family of little ones. Great close up shot.
ReplyDeleteaw..they are just adorable. I love their gold fluffiness!
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how fast they grow and what nice grass they can find.
ReplyDeleteThey are getting quite big!
ReplyDeleteSo cute. But, I can just see all that poop all over.
ReplyDeleteI love seeing these big families out on their eternal picnic.
ReplyDeleteI certainly hope there's some flexibility in that neck tag. I haven't seen that done before. It seems intrusive. They have quite a nice family there. Love the sweet downy-ness you caught so well.
ReplyDeleteCute shot of the Geese family. The goslings are adorable.
ReplyDeleteNice! Goslings always look so fuzzy!
ReplyDeleteThe goslings are adorable but that poor mama looks quite uncomfy with that neck band.
ReplyDeletewow. that is a lot of baby geese!
ReplyDeleteI never realized the families were so large!
