It looks like bad stormy weather is coming.
ReplyDeleteIt's looks were worse than it's bite. There were lots of these black clouds but just as many pockets of sunlight.
DeleteYeah electricity all around. But you have the feeling something can happen. Not with a deep blue sky. Nice one Andy.
ReplyDeleteAnd the towers add to the scene!
ReplyDeleteYour photo captures the current surging through this scene.
ReplyDeleteGood title. I know we need these things but I wouldn't live anywhere near them ... bad stuff happens!
ReplyDeleteIt appears my first comment didn't go through.
ReplyDeleteLooks like lots of electricity in those wires and in those clouds. There are folks who think these power lines pose a dangerous threat to one's health. I wouldn't live near them.
I like your perspective for this photo.
ReplyDeleteA photo like this says a lot and begs questions. On a windy day if your under a power line it's surprising how far the wires blow to the side and there is a whistle through the wires. Now there's a shot for you to get and while you're at it record the wind "singing in the wires."
ReplyDeletelooks like some rain for sure!
ReplyDeleteNice one, Andy. Whenever I encounter a sky like this, I seem to be in a place where I can't take a decent photograph.
ReplyDeleteQuite ominous!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sky! Love that mix of clouds and sunshine, the towers add a perfect somewhat brooding touch...
ReplyDeleteFantastic cloud formation!
ReplyDeleteThey really are striding out.
ReplyDeleteI can picture lightning striking these towers - very electrifying!
ReplyDeleteoh those clouds give a warning. I hope after you took this shot Andy. You were going to a sheltered store or home.
