Body Language: This group of people were standing on a road median waiting for a green light. It was the young lady with the shopping bag that caught my eye. I noticed that she was standing with her legs crossed. My observations over the years have taught me that the stance is a female thing and it's common. It's rare to see a man standing like this.

Nice observation Andy. The other girl also takes a body language pose I guess.
ReplyDeleteIt is a very funny photo, that girl on the right, what is she doing, Sunk in to listening to her I-phone?
ReplyDeleteA ballerina perhaps? More noticeable to me is the woman with arms crossed who looks very unhappy!
ReplyDeleteThat's probably true. I like the stance on the girl who appears to be ignoring the others.
ReplyDeleteyes andy, you are correct on that one!!!
ReplyDeleteNice catch of a variety of poses, Andy!
ReplyDeleteI also like the addition of "the listener" in this shot. It makes it a more interesting street photo.
ReplyDeleteThe hands at the extreme left remind me of sign language.
ReplyDeleteQuite true. And yet, she seems far more relaxed than the girl in the aqua top.
