I like to drive off the beaten track and I came across this building that caught my eye.
Getting out of the car for a closer look I was surprised by what I saw inside.

Nice cats Andy. They must have a great story to tell if we only could understand cattish.
ReplyDeleteYou had me thinging at first Andy, then I saw the cat
ReplyDeleteBill... the post title made you think you would find something else here? ;)
DeleteThey are beautiful, I think these could be "Ragdoll cats". Should they have a whole house just for the two of them? Mysterious...
ReplyDeleteSure is a big cat house, I hope they can get out if they want to.
ReplyDeleteI like those long whiskers. They have a bit of a strange facial expression, I think.
ReplyDeleteThey look as if they might be warning you off.
ReplyDeleteStrange. Perhaps they are working cats, keeping the mouse population down. But the house itself is interesting....and small but also looks like it might have once been some kind of business. The pictures are great.
ReplyDeleteQuite luxurious whiskers, Andy!
ReplyDeleteThe building looks like a former store. The current use as a cat house seems just fine so long as the cats are happy.
ReplyDeleteOh, I like the look of them!
ReplyDeleteSo I take it the house is vacant except for the cats?? The lawn looks mowed so it's not entirely neglected...Curious!
ReplyDeleteThey are lions in disguise.
ReplyDeleteAt least the cats look like they are taken care of. But an odd sight, to be sure!
ReplyDeleteThey do have beautiful faces. I wonder what the story is behind them and this house.
ReplyDeleteThat's a bit odd. It looks abandoned. Nice looking cats!
ReplyDeleteYikes! They look a bit possessed. Very interesting find, Andy.
ReplyDeleteReally! Awfully nice of the owner to offer a refuge for the cats.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! Lovely shots of the cats.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful felines. They look healthy enough but how odd that it looks abandoned like that.
ReplyDeleteOh my they look like Ghost cats from the 40's. Your brave Andy. Creepy. The long hair or fur or mane.
ReplyDeleteI am not a cat lover anyhow. They would spook me out. I know lots of cat lovers. My belated mother in-law and my sister in-law are avid cat lovers. So my apologies to cat lovers. I am a dog lover.
