Great capture again. The weather here is a bit like yours. Nothing fun about it but a good excuse to stay at home.
ReplyDeleteThis sight looks familiar to me today....
ReplyDelete"Chicken" is the wrong word. "Wise" is a better choice. No sense slipping and breaking a hip if you don't need to! Great night shot with those star bursts!
ReplyDeleteStill a moody shot!
ReplyDeleteI always like the way lights turn into stars! Tom The Backroads Traveller
ReplyDeleteit's a beautiful image!! I don't have much luck with nighttime photography. when I get a good image, it's all luck!!
ReplyDeleteand with regard to my blog, I "will" get them to eat out of my hands, one day. so far no luck, but I have heard the chickadees will!!! stay tuned!!!
Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteAll is quiet at that time of the morning. I like the star burst lights too.
ReplyDeleteNeat with the star bursts!
ReplyDeleteThat's a beautiful shot, but I sure don't blame you for shooting from the window...too cold!
ReplyDeleteWe had a bit of rain yesterday too! Probably not as much as you but, it was refreshing.
ReplyDeleteNice! I like the starburst effect from the lights!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot, Andy! Very early to be up with a camera.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have gone out in that either. Rain in winter I dislike.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a cross between wet and an ice skating rink. I'd call your decision "sensible" and I applaud the nice night effects in your shot.
ReplyDeleteWe're expecting some ice tonight :-( 'Chicken' is an ancient Buddhist term for 'smart man'
ReplyDeleteLovely, Andy. Nothing wrong with taking the easy photographs.
ReplyDeleteReally cool night photography, good choice to keep this beautiful red-orange balance :)
