Great color blending here. Everything the same patina. Nice one again Andy.
ReplyDeleteSad to see, all abandoned?
ReplyDeleteNot abandoned. It is still a working farm.
DeleteAwesome shot! I have seen some like this just recently.
ReplyDeleteA good shot of decay!
ReplyDeleteThe cut up dead tree in the foreground adds that tinge of "passing on" nostalgia to the whole scene.
ReplyDeleteYour photo is both nostalgic and sad at the same time. That's a barn with "possibilities" but sadly lacking in maintenance like most barns these days. Like the composition of this photo.
ReplyDeleteI guess it is too expensive to keep them in good shape.
ReplyDeleteGreat picture Andy, so full of atmosphere especially with that sky
ReplyDeleteYikes. That barn isn't going to be much help to the farmers.
ReplyDeleteYes, I see this all the time and it bums me out. I was thinking it would be a cool project to document many of the barns near my home, then I realized what a daunting task it would be, there are hundreds within a few miles of my home.
