Better to demolish than leave it that way in despair.
ReplyDeleteI like the sunlight shining on the stairs in the second shot.
ReplyDeleteHopefully the new structure fulfills a need for some family or purpose. Greetings.
ReplyDeleteSeems a waste.
ReplyDeleteI love that peek into the doorway and view of the wonderful stairway.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the neighbours will be pleased, Andy!
ReplyDeleteThe great thing is that you remembered to take a picture before the house was demolished.
ReplyDeleteAnd you got a stunning image. The light in the doorway is brilliant.
Seems sad, but sometimes an old house just has to be "put down". Nice shots.
ReplyDeleteSad to see that way.
ReplyDeleteI would love to sneak in and take some photos before it's gone.
ReplyDeleteTime hasn't been kind to this one. It seems such a waste when places like this are abandoned.
ReplyDeleteGreat light shining through the house and reflections on the front wall in the first shot. Too bad about demolition, but this one looks too far gone to rehab.
ReplyDeleteIt looks very sad!
ReplyDeleteIt always saddens me to see buildings abandoned and in disrepair
ReplyDeleteAndy your photography is right on with the doorway entrance. The light up the stairs.
