I unexpectedly came across this abandon farmhouse. Urban sprawl is starting to creep into the area.

Who ever lived here before left some belongings behind.
So sad the house is moulding to nothing, must have been a pretty house to live there.
ReplyDeleteInteresting..the walls could tell a story or two.
ReplyDeleteWhen i see abonnended house it makes me wonder why!
Great details and good brickwork. Was not the cheapest of farmhouses.
ReplyDeleteExcelente trabalho fotográfico.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e bom fim de semana.
This makes me so sad. The architecture is beautiful and am sure has lots of wonderful stories to tell. It’s a shame someone does not come in and read it.
ReplyDeleteThat is truly a sad sight. Such a solid brick building to be sitting there rotting away.
ReplyDeleteHmmmm. I hate seeing what must have been an attractive home now falling apart.
ReplyDeleteThat is a sad sight, Andy! It was a lovely place at one time.
ReplyDeleteThe right person could salvage that treasure.
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame! A formerly pretty house in a nice location. I wonder what its story is.
ReplyDeleteIt's sad to see the farms disappear all around the edge of the city.
ReplyDeleteThis homestead has so much character. It is such a shame it has been abandoned.
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame.
ReplyDeleteI bet back in the day that was a great place to live!
ReplyDeleteAbandoned houses are always something of a mystery. What happened to the people? Why has no one found a use for the house and land? Looks like this was once a solid house, but without windows the weather takes it toll.
ReplyDeleteIt's sad to see.
